This Division is comprised of five main areas: civil, records, investigations, courts, and training. The Civil Department is dedicated to the service of civil and some criminal process and papers. The Records Department keeps the records. The Courts Department has two main functions, security and bailiff for all the District Courts and some municipal courts.
